From its punk-rock roots in 2011 to a coming-of-age interpretation of alternative pop, the trio’s sound has been powered by a deep sense of detachment from the boundaries of both genre and expectations. The band has broadened their perspective, combining light-hearted pop sounds and modern semi-electronic elements with bittersweet lyrics, never shying away from talking about controversial subjects such as depression, addiction, death, abuse and loss.
